Upgrades and updates are a cumbersome process for administrators of small and large companies. Each company has a unique infrastructure involving multiple products as well as 3rd party software making it difficult to know what must be upgraded and in what order so that their business have no downtime. We had to get an understanding of the key pain points, what customers needed and what we should invest time into building for the best value for all parties.

In depth research studies were conducted across representative sets of customers . We evaluated each of their environments, their pain points and prior research to come up with a set of recommendations on how we can best make their lives easier whiles also reducing the need for support.
